I think you guys need to be guided at this point. All those prostests you have been putting up are not necessary. The NNPC will recruit who and when it wants. Gathering money for a publication or what ever will not tell good of you guys. That might put you in the back books even if or when u are finally recruited. The few of you that made it will be contacted when the corporation deems it fit!
I was told by an NNPC retiree that they (NNPC retirees) had a meeting last week or so, and that the recruitment issue was discussed. The man, said management will release the letters either this week or next week. As we can see, colleagues, this week's gone already, so lets hope the letters will roll out next week, God willing.

Back early this year.. I told many of you that this recruitment no be by force and that it may not even come to conclusion but many of you here Quoted sources only Gods knws.. WHERE ARE THOSE SOURCES NOW.?

Japanese and olok, na wa o o. It's not as if we dont like good news, but you see, we have seen this over and over before. Its like a cycle. The so called reliable sources will give information and nothing will come out of it and here we are back to those reliable sources again.
@japanese, I don't know how you do it over there in Japan, but this is Nigeria, how can Retirees discuss about our employment letter and even conclude that letters will be released this week or next week? Are you talking about our employment letter or retirement letter, na wa o, we have not seen employment letter retirees want to give us retirement letter................... Nothing we no go hear for here...........................
I tot about 4000 candidates were invited for the intervies. that should be about 4000 'hopefuls' since nobody has really got to know his/her fate. if half of dt number pays the minimum 1k that should be about 2000000 and yet we are still just hovering around 100k. haba!!! As someome observed, clarion call was made for peaceful demonstration u all sat down in the comfort of ur rooms, following ds trend and oftentimes prefering to be armchair critics and warlords in front of ur computer, while silently wishing dt the process will come to an ultimate conclusion dt will favor u. And 'they' can still look at themselves in the mirror. Na wah oh. Like another person suggested, maybe all of us dt have donated should endeavor to top it up again with another 1k. For sure, it can not make us poorer. It may only hasten our day of celebration. Even if it is one naira, some people will still not pay. What a poverty of idea and foresight. We can not continue to wait perpetually for the set of people. May God help us all.
