@unclesly, How many times do u want me to tell u dat NNPC dosnt have a Board? Even all those Ministries, Departments and Agencies that use to have one no longer have it cos d President has dissolved all the Boards recently. So i dont knw why u kip asking when d Board will sit and approve ur letter. There is no Board jare...
