back to your post, the fedaeral character commission has no imput, practically on the recruitment.
it is the sole perogative of the executive director corporate services, group managing director and the hon minister.
same for all government parastatals like customs, police, sss, ndlea, etc..........please

JA, i heard a meeting was held at d towers yesterday with d minister(alison) and that there was a little change in nnpc board in which oniwon remains d gmd and d minister instructed them to go ahead with their activities and plans. Pls. JA, confirm this. If this is true, then, sonnest things must happen.

why are you all worried. Resumption is january and they will not take everybody. Have a plan B if you are not taken. wish you the best.

@JA: I tried reaching u many times but ur contact no. with me is not active again. You have my contact, so do relate with me pls. As per FCC, the act that established it also gives them the mandate to scrutinize every FG recruitments in line with the basic quota system where every region or state is equally represented. History shows that they have been doing this for sometime now. Any FG establishment that fails to follow this regulation will be blacklisted. You can see a candid example from the ongoing DPR recruitment. They are absolutely a "watchdog" for this exercise. At the end of every FG mass recruitment, FCC is expected to issue a certficate of compliance in accordance with what the law says. However, ties are broken arbitrarily, especially for a few recruitments into some FG parastatals. So, in the case of NNPC, they must level with FCC except if the recruitment is "behind" the scene. Wishing you all success!!
