"The country's Petroleum Resources Minister says the bill is unlikely to pass before the end of the year with some experts saying it'll take even longer." Nigeria loses N543b to delay in PIB passage. (DAILY INDEPENDENT,Tuesday,April 10,2012 page 2,4th column in the article)

One of the goals of the the PIB bill is to raise the confidence of investors in the petroleum sector in Nigeria, and so have more investment and development in this sector. This to be done by passing these 'policies' into laws and not just policies or regulations. Nobody can tell how long NASS will sit to approve this bill. Even GEJ,as some experts say, does not have the political will to sign this soon. However, our letters will come whether PIB or not. This is God's doing and it is marvelous in our sight. Shalom!
