I am sure your contact has been part of your recruitment since the beginning, so if it's true he confirmed you, either you or him shouldn't be surprised. Congratulations and let the contact tell you if the recruitment will end and when. That's what is paramount in people's heart on this forum.

Wake up and smell the coffee!! There is so much ado abouth this NNPC! The perception I have is that some folks have put all their hopes on getting into NNPC. Yes, it is a good job but there are better things out there. Work on improving yourselves, being the best in all you do and trust me,jobs WILL look for you.

Details of the process. 1. originally, the minister had no genuine intention to recruit, she only wanted to polish the candidacy appeal of mr presiedent in the just concluded april presidential election, she used the recruitment as a political ploy to canvass electoral support, most people who were shortlisted for the aptitude test voted in favour of the jonathan ticket which is the only way to keep the minister in office and consequently consummate the recruitment.
