yes u are right, but there ve been recruitig candidates and posting them to different subsidiaries especially art ad social science candidate,s infact some engineer,s and scientist just finish their training. So my dear the guy may be right,

Gud day members of the family, it has not been easy for all of us to be waiting for a process that refuse to end, but however, i wish to let the members of this congregation that, the list of the successful candidates have taking to minister to day for final approval. so pls remain calm and focus.
