When i said DAM holds the key to the release of this much awaited 2nd batch,one 'BEE' almost crucified me for going contrary to the general opinion here.I challenge all to read her 2013 budget defence and see the point i'm making.Take it or leave it, there is a strong link between DPR list and this NNPC's 2nd list.Remember the Head of DPR said a couple of months ago that all was set to issue out letters to the 250 successful candidates in the last recruitment exercise in few weeks time, which you and i know are yet to be issued as i write.If NNPC's 2nd list refuses to come out, why that of DPR's? Or do both share the same management now? I partly believe wasville. Eventhough i dont know if DAM's approval is the cause of the delay but i dont think the GMD's travelling out can affect the mere release of letas.

According to DAM, 2.2 billion was appropriated to the ministry of Pet. In 2012 fiscal year.Out of this, only 820m has so far been released to the ministry,representing 41% of the total.And of this 820m(41%) released,93% representing 759m has been utilised as i write,leaving behind the balance of just 61m, and allocation is not forth coming from NOI.Mr Solobee45, is this analysis not succint enough to know where the problem lies? Hmm..........time will tell!

I foresaw the possibility of this happening and knew beforehand that its a good risk terraco's taking. Terraco don't even need to clear himself cos I feel he has good intent. If anything bad haappens to 2nd list, its squarely nnpc to blame not terraco.

Wasville, that,s just for other agencies under ministry of petroleum ok, but nnpc internal budget for 2012 that was approved by NASS for the 1st time is very close to 2trillion naira, infact the one that was just approved by NASS for 2013 is over 3trillion naira, so brother money is not the issue for nnpc not calling us but madam tied this process to pib, am not saying it can,t be released now, even though is released in dec, resumption can,t be earlier than march especially technical guys,

Let me make my point clear, like most of us here, I admire, pray for, and believe strongly in Terraco........He has proven overtime that he is an unassuming, intelligent, and fine christian young man:cool:. He deserves all the accolades and trust reposed in him, but on this issue, Caproginja was not wrong. He just made his point perhaps to seek more clarification, and not to spite Terraco as some peeps here deemed. Mr Vin20, you have not answered my question,if MPR submitted 2trillion to NASS last year as you claim, then how much was GEJ submitted to the same NASS as the 2012 budget for all the sectors of the nigerian economy?

Couple of hopefuls have sited some useful information as to a possible reason why the release of the 2nd batch is stretching on and on. If we see a repeat of this kind of post, it does not mean our man Terraco is not on point. Everybody is just as concerned as should be, and logical reasons are put forth as reasons why the letters have not been dispatched. Beyond all reasonable doubt, if Terraco, ucpraise, aceluv and the prophet in the house atomicity have given insights into the existence of a 2nd batch; it is only logical that some hopefuls will also be busy trying to find out why the letters are not yet out.
