I think it is high time we reduced this wild goose chase and stopped overheating the house every week in the name of letters coming out.Its settled that 2nd batch is a reality and they will call when they want to, no matter our eagerness.Don't be surprised if this 2nd batch is released next year!

Hopefull by next week senate will do there 2nd reading on pib, making the bill at the same level with house of representative.
I strongly believe that by 10th of dec the bill will have entered commitee stage that is public hearing would have been conducted b4 10th of dec,
inorderword i expect that letters will not exceed 10th of dec b4 it will be released. But what i know for sure is that resumption for documentation can,t be earlier than 1st week of march expecially for the technical candidate, bcos by april that there will be heading for training in warri, the 1st batch will be rounding up there programme early may.
Less i forget from what i heard from someone clost to special taskforce member headed by senator udoma that FG is pushing for the passage of pib from now till march next year. That means the end is very near, give God a praise
