DaddyB the 1st batch has not yet finished their induction and docmentation, i heard that their will finish by 24th of august 2012, so training will be much later, i believe 1st and 2nd batch will start training the same time and the place.
Pls who knows the actually month that training will start

@all, i was reliably in4md at about 2pm yesterday that all the disciplines as advertised by NNPC were well represented in the released 1st batch and that 2nd batch is real but has no room 4 merit at all. JEHOVAH is still on HIS throne after all

The next batch is on the way by God's grace. Keep on praying.
Those praying for others to be dropped, which will not happen, should focus on God answering their prayers. How do you want them to give you info if you are wishing them dropped. They will not be dropped. If they are dropped so you will make it.
I tend to agree with Ela who said some people want the process cancelled.
Pray for your own. Don't wish anybody dropped for you or take up a position rejected by someone. God give you your own.There are spiritual linkages to things like these. May be Jesus Army, being a man of God can break this down

People are making NNPC do or die , as if it is not NNPC or die. NNPC that is even the least paying amongst the oil majors.
Nobody is wishing anybody be dropped but it happens. All I was after is dat ppl should not hesitate to give useful info since we are all in d search 4 greener pastures. Purposefully keeping mute is not d best. They should be their brother's keeper.
Mind you, I am gainfully employed, a permanent one at dat and 90% of my colleagues are very very comfortable. Not everyone is at d same level pls.

@ABCD123, Thats what we are talking about. There is life outside NNPC and above all lets be thankful for life. Some of our mates are at Igbobi while some are no more. Making mockery of being thankful to God for your existence is like making mockery of God. Telling you people that there were up to 6 batches in last year's CBN recruitment is something you can make enquiries to confirm if you dont have such previledged information instead of coming here to make mockery of it and deceiving people that there are eight batches of NNPC employment list. I believe some people have never known how to leave at peace with others that is why enjoy trading words of war on the internet. Like I had earlier advised, i will not join issues with anybody on the internet.
We shall rejoice at last, we just need more energy for the waiting for the next calls at NNPC. The training plan had been changed, the 1st batch will still be in Abuja till end of this month(Aug), in sept they will be posted to different work locations and start work and later new intakes will be going for training bits by bits. All the best.
