It will not affect us in any way, the Corporation is set to get it right. As it stands now NNPC cannot compete with other Oil Companies be it multinational or indigenious in terms of human capacity and innovation in the oil and gas business. They have since realised this, but there was no proper justification to do what they are doing now. This is surely the right time to downsize & reshuffle the current workforce, and absorb the Nov.2010 Recruitment hopefuls into the system. It leaves us with the fact that so much will be expected from us as soon as offer letters, induction, Postings and training is done with. See you on induction day. AMEN

@ shampo,what is yor source?is it true dat nnpc wil reduce its workforce? If yes,then we just kissed d recruitment goodbye.no coy wil reduce its workforc and then recruit.it doesnt make sense.God where are u?

the information i received from a senior staff yesterday said that anytime from now the list will be released hightest 3rd friday of this month, he said it would have been released this january but some names on list are causing problem between the minister and the members of the board wch are GED,s

Anybody that is still interested in this recruitment should just continue to pray hard, it is very clear from all the things happening that the signs are not encouraging. Only God can make this process to be completed, but I believe that God will make this process complete no matter how long it takes.

He equally said that 2008 recruitment was never in history cancelled, even about of the number of successive candidate have received their letter,s in march 2010 and the rest will resume with 2010 applicant that were successive, and the delay is as result of not passing PIB industry bill into law by the national assembly and almost all of the successive can will enter the new nnpc wch will be equal to multinatiopnal in term of payment and proffessonalism, and the training is partly here and patly abroad, probably in london, confirm informatonl

if u have anybody working in nnpc he can nw check ur name weather u are successive bcos the list is now accessable in the tower from wht i heard, jA wht is ur view about all these my post that i heard frm a senior staff in HR of nnpc

infact he equally said that, there can be released far before 3rd friday of this month, but bcos of the very view names that are bring arguement on list, the board can decid to leave it, till after there board meeting wch normal take effect every 2nd saturday of every month, and that it will never be cancelled
