Let me just post this to encourage somebody. If it pleases God that you work in NNPC nothing will stop you. First incidence: i applied to work in a bank, passed the test, in fact i was told during the interview i had the highest score in the test. Later, people were being called i was not called. At a point i had given up and decided to move on, one evening a man called me and asked if i was rejecting the offer, I told him i wasn't called, but the rest is history I worked with them and left when i wanted.
Second incidence: where i work now, i took the test, passed and attended the interview. After sometime people were called, I was not called. I felt bad for a short time and decided to move on, then one afternoon I was in my former office when i got a call, i was congratulated and asked to resume. At this time my colleagues had started induction.
But what if it doesn't come, feel bad for sometime but move on as soon as you can. Be optimistic about your future, you don't have to be in NNPC to make it in life. Cheers!

I am still here with you guys and i am proud to be.let us keep hope alive.2nd batch apart,very few of us will still get a call. if your letter is missing somewhere HR will call you as from monday to ask if you are rejectin the offer.it is well with us all.

In the same vein, I want to congratulate others for having the potentials of making it in other areas not necessarily the NNPC. I am already addicted to this page. I cant help reading it's contents daily. I has become a craving for me. I has almost become second nature to me.
I keep following this thread believing that letters will again roll out even more than b4 insha Allah soonest

I thank almighty Allah 4 giving me heath n wealth that i can i use 2 strive n work towards achieving success 2day n hereafter but i can never hv wat doesnt belong 2 me watsoever n no matter hw n where i pursue it 4 d destiny is already written. we only pray 2 him 2 choose d best 4 us. fortunately i was successful in d just concluded UNJUST RECRUITMENT but bitterly 2 say that only prayers can salvage Nigeria from this incoherent selfish attitude of ours be you from the north, south, east or west. Am sorry 2 say for those seeking 4 info on second batch should seek 4 the best job be it NNPC or any other cooperation/company. There is no second batch 4 now an sorry 2 say. am so bitter for the unfair recruitment issuing 34 candidates apptmnts from Bayelsa state, 16 from Kogi state home of former GMD while a state like Kano has Only 4. Yobe nt more than 2, in summary the whole northwestern Nigeria has less than the number of candidates from kogi state. where are we heading to in this country. for those unsuccessful at the present u will be Successful in a better way by ALLAHS grace sooner or later. but the only good news is that the cooperation is in need of manpower where the PIB will create thousands of vacancies. at the 3rd quater of the year we will have more hopefuls preparing 2 join the board. i wish everybody the best of his tym. for those that pm me this is all i have been hesitating 2 say

I once read somewhere that "5 school boys cannot be playing togetherforever" remember over 100,000 applied & much less wrote the test
In other words whether they produce3rd batch or 100th batch on the NNPC 2010 recruitment drive, there is a HIGH probability that some people wouldnot make the list for various reason(Eg: Destiny, God has a better plan forthem, False result, low performance on interview,Filled state quota, unknown reason, etc).
Even as we keep faithin God, I urge you to keep yourself busy and be productive. Please don't justlounge at home doing nothing!!! Ensure you'rea doing something NO MATTER HOW SMALL.!!!
