Guy, if you cannot understand a simple statement. It might just be said that something is wrong with your sense of comprehension. There is nothing contradictory in my comment. If you feel NNPC is not a disgrace, may be wake up from your very deep slumber. Lets call a spade, a spade. NNPC as a corporation has failed in its responsibility to manage herself and the nation in general. I am not here to flex muscles, not even a single muscle, on who is a hopeful and who is not. OK!? Mr. Hopeful!

The only info I have now is that one of the Heads, perhaps Mr Oniwon does not have idea about the qty of crude imported but appends his signature for given money out. Rubbish.

Pls. don't blame Mr. Oniwon for all the woes in NNPC, is a systemic problem, is either you do the job as you see it or live it. And he chooses to do it as he sees it. May God save Nigeria.

My brother, the information that got to you is very true. I watched the senate hearing/investigation on subsidy live. 'NNPC don fall our hand oh!' Our refineries are practically not working yet we spend about 9billion dollars importing only PMS in just 10months when we can comfortably use that sam money to build two standard and modern refineries. Another question is, what happens to other by-products of the crude that is been sent outsite the shores of this country for refining? Is it only PMS, DPK and AGO we get from crude? What a shame!

Since when did Nigeria begin to import crude? Please tell me it's a typo error. If an NNPC hopeful thinks that Nigeria imports crude, then I'm sorry for NNPC and Nigeria.

I also watch when the senate cmtee on subsidy removal were asking MR AUSTIN ONIWON some basic simple questions based on NNPC's operations. But to my greatest supprise he couldn't even give and answer to those questions which are supposed to be at his finger tips all the time considering his position in the cooporation. That reminds me when he said 80% of the 1st class and 2.1 applicant failled the test.

i think he is referring 2 PMS, that is obvious within the context of the observation. Don't you think that it is a big reason 2 worry?

On the other hand, it is very likely that they (NNPC) know the whole truth, but corruption won't let them say it. I don't want to believe that the GMD wouldn't know such a thing.
