Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
@MEKS190 has promised to publish for us, please it's time to make good your promide ones it is approved tommorrow.
@4gkelvin, thanks for your piece and be free to let me know if any information was distorted in my version
I would want to suggest this piece goes as just an article in as many newspapers as possible. @ bebrief already has a piece serving as "open letter to the president" (check our facebook and twitter pages to read it). By the time this article is published, and the open letter follows, a lot of dust would have been stirred.
However for the purpose of thoroughness, I want to suggest that @bebrief removes such personal words like "yours sincerely" in the second paragraph to reflect the corporate nature of our course. The part that has "felow Nigerians" should read: "Mr. president" since it will be so addressed.
Most importantly, even as we pray for the successful completion of this process, let's remember that- "food wey sweet, na money kill am"..If we dont pay towards the publication of the open letter, all these efforts would have been in vain..Lets match our words with actions.......God bless us
GOOD NIGHT, GOOD PEOPLE.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
In the concluding this write up should be directed to the president to come to our aid as we see him as the only solution too this problem.
I also notice that there has not been any contribution in legal terms even if it cant be sustaciated are there no lawyers in the house?
Also i want us to put this write up on the naira site so we can stimulate other ppl to contribute maybe adding one or two other ministry to this chain of scam.
Finally i will advise that whatever the heading maybe the word SCAM must be use to gain the largest audience for the publication. We all know the reaction of average Nigerian to the word SCAM, and making NNPC look like synonyms for SCAM will get us audience we desire.

@naijapatriot...Nice write up.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
U arent yet employed and you are writing against an organisation that is about employing you. What will happen when you become a employed?
-
Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Just make sure you include your names, because as for me none of you self appointed leader is representing my interest as a hopeful. A word is enough for the wise. I bet you if you ahead with your publication, i will sponsor a rejoinder disassociating the other hopefuls from your campaign

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
those who aspire to live in GLASS HOUSES shouldnt also trow STONES!! Mhh gaddemm!

@ozogwu:no hopeful is asking you for that...

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Fellow hopefuls, do not be distracted by the agents of .............(sSgGy, Papa-C, Ozogwu). The publication is the perfect thing to do for now, or else we forget it as the 2008 hopefuls. They are disturbed because the write-up is sound to expose the irregularities going on in the system. they may be beneficiaries of such system. let us remain focus.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Be guided. This is not like student unionism o. Get something doing with your lives and when NNPC or DPR are ready they will call you.I repeat don't be forced to believe that all of you will get the Job cos it is never automatic.I am sure most of you making this noise are not even on the list of successful candidates.
-
Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
I bet you if we put it to vote. Those that buy my position will be more than yours. You can even see that from your abysmal contribution

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
@ozogwu u r a disgrace to your generation and an embarrassment to the Nigerian youth.
Its this ur siddon look attitude that makes this country as corrupt, dysfunctional and lawless as it is. So because valid questions r being asked ur chicken heart is uneasy. I feel very sorry for u. Personally I can't employ a coward like u.
@all: evil thrives as long as good people do nothing. Thumbs up.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
@ozogwu. If u decide to display ur stupidity I'm willing to devote my time to putting u in ur place.
So sorry guys, just that pple like this really get under my skin.
-
I can now see reason with ABCD123 who have being calling you guys brigade of fools. I see your shallow minds, a group of bunkums.
-
@ozogwu:Its glaring that u r not worthy to even be called a fool, cos that will be an insult to the word 'fool'.
abcd123 u referred to is by far a bigger individual than u can ever be and he's towing the path of reason.
The reason I'm on ur case it that I believed u were one of the reasonable persons in this forum only for u to show ur true colours. U completely fell my hand. I suggest u join vin20 and ur cohorts in parking well and keeping ur ludicrous comments to thy selves.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Good day all. I have, for long, been an ardent follower of this thread and hopeful at the same time. I registered just yesterday to have the opportunity of telling us that the light has finally been sighted which means the end of the tunnel. Publication or no publication, some of us would start having notification by tomorrow, wednesday, June 27, 2012 insha Allah (if God permits). The "successful" ones would be expected to report on Monday, 30th July, 2012. If nothing happens this week, then I will not post anything again, as the purpose is defeated. Good luck to some of us!

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
If the source of the 27th June 2012 prediction is God Almighty, then it'll come to pass. Otherwise, it'll fail like all others.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
Clearly this house is populated with Entry Level cadre as that is the only plausible reason for a street protest and uneccessary newspaper qualification.
I can see you guys given NNPC/DPR a good reason to rethink recruiting fresh graduates at this time........
All do not attempt to shroud your self serving agitation with the garb of patrotic zeal, because you all know why you have become desperate.

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
H.G.I.S, Please answer in concise term exactly WHY you this is the way to travel at this time?
Has NNPC/DPR called off the process?
Have they made fresh advert?
Why are you up in arms that an embattled organization is slow in increasing their personal cost?
Why are you not focused on the passage of the PIB which have direct impact on employment generally in the Industry?
Why are you focused on this self serving and limited agitation?
I have read some of the proponents of this ill timed protest hinged their zeal on the fact that they will be over aged by the time another recruitment is announced......That my friend is the tantrum of the fearful and it seems that fear is propelling them to pull down the roof where there is no fire.
Finally, that someone has a different opinion from yours does not make that person a foe or give you a reason to vilify them, In the multitude of counsel my people there is wisdom.................Cheers

HGIS.....Hmmmm, I am indeed surprise because you have always been cool, again I do not think that abusive words should be dispensed over a simple difference in opinion or approach.
Cheers

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
@Ozogwu, sSgGy, Papa-C, , jeffisme, all what u have been saying is rubbish, cos its tooooooooooo late.
-
Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
@ all: I apologise for my comments but I don't regret it. Sincerely, whether this process is completed or not has no bearing on my plans. I just get pissed at Nigerians attitudes and mind sets towards those in authority. We have been oppressed so much that we don't know our rights.
@jeffisme: ur questions r valid however communication is key. And its this information I believe the hopefuls efforts will bring. Nowhere in the world would a recruitment exercise take half this long. Remember this item had been included in the last 3budgets and transport allowances still remain unpaid. So someone somewhere is definitely enriching himself. Its left for the corporation to either accept or deny the claims of the publication with valid reasons.
Compare the candidates that were not invited for the interview to those who were, I'm sure they wld b better off that most hopefuls cos they have closure. So those against the publication cos they r Scared of their potential employers u disgust me, so I can infer that ur employer shd treat u as he so pleases cos he's ur boss. Hell No!!!.
Waiting for the usual corrobrators to validate elkasim comment. Lol. The deceit continues
-
@depaclon: r u in china or Australia. Cos today is 26th.
-
Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls
I really feel sorry for the whole process. By next, it'l be exactly one year we all risked our lives to abuja for d interview....na wa o. dis govt don tire me
