Someone posted this on another thread and i think it is wise to share it here. Please do your vital signs regularly. A lot of young people (nigerians) have died recently from cardiac arrest/HBP. This could have been avoided if they checked their BP regularly. It will also put you on check. It is only those alive that can work in NNPC. Our lifestyles these days do not help matters. A lot of us do sedentary job with little or no exercise and eat from all these fast food joints that have removed the nutrients from the food we eat.

@seunlove u said u just confirm the inclussion of your name on the list. How is that possible considering today saturday. Do NNPC staffs work on saturdays?
@ Muha-it is possible dat d person checked his name on the list within d week and has just passed the good news to him today! Or maybe seunlove has got d info prior to this tym but had no access to the internet to express his joy.
@Muha, my confirmation has nothing to do with weekend, my source promised on ascertaining my status during the week, he wasnt eager to relay the news cos he said he would have been shocked if it were otherwise, i didnt show much desperation as i patiently waited for his home coming, the news was relayed today, and he subsiquently gave me the details of the process. there is no need for cynicism, we are at the close of the process. if your name is there then it is there, checking is inconsequential.
