that's good posts. It's amazing to think candidates are ranked on a so freely and friendly interview as that. How reliable are the sources of these revelations? Is a million dollar question.

What i saw during the normal filling of forms b4 d ntavw was a form by filips consulting, the total scores 4 d interview is 50 marks. Knwleg of nnpc 5marks, dressing 5marks two other criteria carry 5 marks each. Analytical... 10marks. Ability to think outside ur comfort zone or something like that10, another criterion which i can't remember 10marks totalling 50marks. The criteria given by philips consulting are semantically different from the ones above. I only stated the explanation of the big grammar they used. This is 4 gt. I don't know if is different from op and eh.

i fail to add that i saw one of the panelists scoring me 8,8,8,4,4,4,4=40 out of 50 marks. It was panel 5. I don't know of others

from the way the panel were arranged,i dont see how anyone could have seen the score.besides,u were busy tinkin and anserin questns.may be there is somtin u ar nt telin the forum.@ evrybody,the process wil nt be terminated.this is evident in d fact dat people were cald to re-send their documents.the offer letter is coming soon,lets kep d hope alive.
