Pls lets pray and praise God today, bcos today is there normal board meeting, if God answere our prayers by friday being 14th of dec the letters might be with courier firm.that means by 3rd week letters will come out. Why am sounding so positive is that the slots that normal comes from presidency or above, normally enter courier firms on the next friday after the 2nd saturday board meeting meeting.
Am not saying there have not given approval or there have given, but as an outsider, the ball heavily lies on minister of petroleum.who takes the glory at very point intime.
