mybro and myoga, i can never faulter your info since they have proven to be reliable overtime, moreso info coming from your person. all i was saying was that that date is far from certain maybe will be at the end of this week. this 5th of Nov was fixed tentatively on the 18th of this month but has since been greeted with reactions from those concerned who feel that it does not suit them.
