D DPR recruitment exercise's currently pending cos there's likelyhood dat dere might be successful ones in both DPR n NNPC. So d list of DPR successful ones'll be compared to check for same names appearing in both of dem. Where such's found, d name'll be substituted by d nxt name on d list of NNPC unsuccessful ones from d same state. This's exactly d reason for holding d NNPC n PTDF tests simultaneously. During d NNPC interview, 4 fins're looked out for: 1. Communication skills= describing d way u speak n ur dress sence; 2. Brilliance= entailing ur smartness ie how fast u r wif ur responses and how reasonable ur reactions are; 3. Composure= u dont have to nervous for any reason. Nervousness of course'll pull ur score down. 4. Leadership skills= ur ability to carry out functions with minimal supervision. NNPC's a regulatory body n as such needs 'Leaders'. Here dose dat'v led in past projects, princes, former headboys n SUG presidents etc have an edge. Leaders'r known for their hardwork towards gettn fins done cos dey always feel dey'l be held liable if fins'r not in their proper places.

When you talk of leadership skills as a criteria, i guess you are referring to ETs. Cos i beleive GTs are not expected to have much in terms of experience takl less of leadership.Quote:

@ Kafox I know ???? type. I too know. Its like you are suggesting to NNPC the criteria to use. They are qualified interviewers and they know quite well what qualities to look out for in a candidate and how to identify these qualities. Who cares about your SUG? That is past!

The salary structure of the NNPC is not out there anywhere but one can get an idea by reading articles from the NSIWC (NATIONAL SALARIES INCOME AND WAGES COMMISSION) website.
The salary structures of some federal parastatals like NNPC, CBN, FIRS,BPE and some federal parastatals is different some from other federal parastatals. One can also get an idea by going through the website of the national wages and salary commission policy documents.

Spread whatever rumours you wish, decision regarding the NNPC recruitment will be done 'THREE MONTHS' after the end of interview. It is true that NNPC and Phillips Consulting have begun collating the scores for all interviewed, it is also true that total score is arrived at by summing your scores in the interview and your score at the test. There is no need for unnecessary worries and anxiety. Just wait for the day you'll be invited rather than engaging in wasteful speculations.
This is still better classified as mere speculation. But one thing i love most about all these posts, is that i cherish the info a lot, it keeps me going. It gives me something to hope for. So my idea is this, if u have anything, please share willingly be it real or tentative. I love the dogmatic expression of faith, but it seems we all are completely straying away from realism, we are underating the political factor which has grown to be nigeria's middle name. we have raised nnpc and pcl officials to the status of an infallible and incorrigible angel which will be to our ultimate chagrin. has the systen changed? much hype has been created on test score and interview score. we are yet to forget gory tales of recruitment in custom, ndlea, frsc, civil defence, cbn, firs e.t.c
