seunlove, scripture says-cursed is the man, that trusteth in the arm of flesh-in what a man/money can do for him/her. there is a curse on a fool.
sir, i don't know how long you've been on this thread, but there was a time some strange brethren were mocking us. they were really reviling some of us. they were making jest of our faith in god and brandishing credentials of senators, traditional rulers and politicians, who were going to get them the job, by crook or by hook.
i wish you were here then...i saw christian and Muslims unite on this thread to chase the infidels away....proving what Ive always said that religion is not Nigeria problem....but corruption.

scripture says, we shouldn't call somebody a fool, who is not a fool-,not that when we see a real fool, as defined in the scripture, we shouldn't call him that.in fact it said,we shouldn't call a brother a fool......because a brother is not expected to be a fool.
finally sir, there is a thin, almost naked line between favour and lobby. if you visit the GMD NNPC,and he gives you a job-beautiful. that's favour. several senior positions in the NNPC didn't go through a recruitment drive, like the current general manager(security)...he just came on board, no advertisement.
but where there is an advert, meant to deceive people, and make them suffer irreparable losses in the process there-of, and some fools get it through the back door, that's lobbying......corruption.God does not approve of it, no matter how correct you you think it is. he will bless you, but definitely through a corrupt ridden process. God is not part of what will not give glory to his name. it must bring glory. it must draw men to worship.
