@ thelastdon u are very correct.ordinarily the t.fare is supposed to have been paid before appointment letters are released however I think mgt of NNPC does not view it that way because I visited the conference center of PTI in effurun today where I was told that the place had been booked by NNPC for the next nine months, on further enquiry I was told that it is for the new intakes which are to be trained come first week of march.i was surprised bcos that doesn't look feasible to me given the fact that letter are still yet to be released.a staff of the catering firm hired for food services told me that.i think the hour is near.

hmmm.. This is nigeria, it's time we do somethng regardn reccrt in ths country. Do not be surprise if letters has gone out already for highly connected children of power brokers waitng resumptn. I'll visit PTI-Effurum myself to comfirm this for doubt sake.. Though i'm an DPR hopeful, it will go a long way to acertain our fate too. All the best guys!
