my source said a list came frm presidency this week, and certainly after the board meeting 2morrow, by next week those list frm presidency will be released, but he hopes that all pending list will be equally released bcos budget will be passed by next week and heightest by april PIB will be passed to.inother word lets pray and fast 2morrow pls, and pray a collective pray by 12 noon,
What is the use waiting all these while, hoping against hope when all of a sudden: SHAZAM a "List" in quote will come from the Presidency and they will be called just like that to resume. Then what is all the Holabula about Petroleum subsidy probe?, the much talked about reducing corruption in the FABRIC of Nigeria. What is the need of bringing in the stakeholders, the high and mighty in the nations Oil and Gas Sector to the glare of public ridicule questioning them about stolen Billions when they too are guilty as sinned. Who is fooling who. In as much as l find this "list from the presidency" hard to believe with the present situation of things, If eventually this is true, then Nigeria has not spent money yet on fuel subsidy....
One thing is certain about the NNPC and DPR recruitments, which is they are bound to employ with or without the passage of the PIB.
NNPC na job for lazy men. Of what use being excited. We'll probably get employed with no job to do. Just collect salary at month end and speak english, while the plants remain shutdown.
It hurts me knowing that this employment drive is just to fulfill campaign promise of creating employment. Is the corporation really understaffed? Me, i don't think so. Although i beleive that technical competency of the majority of staff is low. Trust Nigerians as evident from interactions on this thread, we know how to speak english, but lack technical competency. Indian road since technicians boss Nigerian graduates simply because they are technical and pragmatic, while our guys are full of stories, sorry, theories.
My pple whic level o. U dont ve 2 worry ursef 2 death bcos in naija, it is d more u look d less u see.
We need to begin to think differently, except you see it, think it and feel it, you cannot get it. God told Abraham as far as your eyes can see that have l given you. In the midst of all of these shambos going on, there are some who see opportunities for change and sincerely believe they are elements of change. I beg to disagree with your comments, Business as usual is what has kept this nation where it is today. China and the greater part of the Asian continents stood up to the challenge, with there enormous human resource today they are the 2nd largest Economy with the hopes of becoming no.1 in the next 10yrs.
There will be plenty of work to do in NNPC my dear, after the passage of the PIB & the actualisations of the gas revolution championed by the Petroleum Ministry. NNPC will become focused and those without the right "mindset" will be shown the way out. I urge us in this forum not to have the mentality of NNPC na job for lazy man, things are bound to change and they will begin to change for the better.
Even if you find yourself after you are duely employed by the NNPC in a department or an office where you virtually have nothing to do, rather than sit down and do nothing, you can redefine the terms of reference or scope of activities in that department or office and get things going. These and many more are the essence of oral interviews, to get those that have the potentials for change, those that are innovative enough to put an organisation on the right track.
Plainly put, they are employing you now to get the refineries running..... See you on induction day..AMEN
hello house, any good news from the board meeting?
