@all, apart from Leadership Newspapers that published the article today on page 35, other papers we have contacted will hopefully publish it when they decide on a date. Also we have already contacted an Hon Member of the House of Reps who is also a member of the House Committee on Petroleum downstream (won't mention name) and he promised to take it up with DPR and NNPC by asking questions about their recruitment processes. Incidentally both agencies are coming today for their budget defences. And so if you are in Abuja now and can make your way to the National Assembly, you may seize the opportunity to watch/listen to the Budget defence before the house committee (usually starts by 2pm). May God help us as we make this little effort to understand what is actually happening.

Confirmed information reaching me is that, NNPC ready to retire/retrench Senior Staffs ASAP, letters are ready to this effect. TAM of PHRC to kickoff Mid 2012. In all of these where is the info for the release of letters to hopefuls of the now famous November 2010 Recruitment Exercise. We have to sincerely give kudos to the Kaizer Souze that is incharge of the Nov.2010 recruitment exercise. We need to thank God because this very one(Nov.2010) Must be released.

You might be wondering? WHO IS KAIZER SOUZE? This same question was asked in the movie "The Usual Suspects" By Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin etc. KAIZER SOUZE is a shadowy figure. You think you know him enough but my bet is that you know nothing of him.

ℓ̊ am as perplexed as you all are about this recruitment but like it has been said wε should simply pray & do what wε think is best!
That said, ℓ̊ never knew ℓ̊ had a link to inside info until recently & ℓ̊ decided to squeeze whatever info ℓ̊ can for myself & †ђξ house. This recruitment will be completed as emphasised by JA & co.info reaching has assured that every single detail has been completed & letters generated & submitted for safekeeping. †ђξ delay is as a result of †ђξ pause order given (as confirmed by JA). This batch of recruitment is nothing like that of 2008 that was deemed incomplete & chaotic hence †ђξ cancellation but this probe will reveal a lot of things & probably force hands than initially expected.
And so wε know, †ђξ entire list is under lock & key so let no man fool you abt name checking cos even NNPC bosses don't have access to it!
Let's keep it real & never ever give up. It is our right,wε fought †ђξ good fight for it. God bless Nigeria!

Nostalgia. The usual suspects 1995 one of my greatest movies of all time.
From ur info I can only see this being in favour of hopefuls. Their a general apprehension all over nnpc as it is believed that most pple get paid for doing nothing, especially the guys at the kaduna refinery who gulp 12bn annually and krpc has been dormant for close to three yrs now.

@kalokalo, I do not expect such pessimistic comment from you. Moreover, your assertion is neither correct nor factual, as I doubt if you have received this information from anyone other than your imagination. I do not think it's right for forumites to dismiss the process based on the current civil unrest in the country. The deregulation process would rather strengthen the NNPC as a regulator of the industry and encourage more private investment in refining, as envisioned in the PIB. It is true that business will not be as usual especially with PPPRA and subsidy disbursements, but I think things will return to normalcy after this political impasse is amicably resolved. Afteral, AGO has long been deregulated and NNPC did not fall apart.
