@kafox, i wonder where u get ur info from. Not everyone interviewed was asked leadership question. At least i wasnt even though i was a former SUG PRO. I think this grading criteria is just ur imagination. kindly confirm ur source of info. Remember people were asked different questions. Whatever ranking methods/criteria was used is none of my biz cos i know GOD has settled my case and my employment letter has been typed. That is what matter most. For those believing on test score, blah blah blah, i wish u all the best. My case is settled all i await is the manifestation. See u peeps at the training school. Cheers.
tope u really dont have to ask ppl dat question plainly cos dey'l tell lies. But when u'r asked questions on past projects from ur cv dey really wanted to know ur roles on d projects. Secondly, dey believed dat if u'd headed a team in d past, u'ld not hesitate to mention dat. I wish u ur heart desires. Goodluck!

@ Kafox I know? type. I too know. Its like you are suggesting to NNPC the criteria to use. They are qualified interviewers and they know quite well what qualities to look out for in a candidate and how to identify these qualities. Who cares about your SUG? That is past!
