This exercise's being tabulated for a given state from which d cut-off'll be established for that state depending on d number to be recruited from dat state. This collation exercise is jointly done by NNPC n PCL to avoid external influence.

D DPR recruitment exercise's currently pending cos there's likelyhood dat dere might be successful ones in both DPR n NNPC. So d list of DPR successful ones'll be compared to check for same names appearing in both of dem. Where such's found, d name'll be substituted by d nxt name on d list of NNPC unsuccessful ones from d same state. This's exactly d reason for holding d NNPC n PTDF tests simultaneously. The ministry of petroleum wants to recruit BIG dis year and it's reponsible for all dese controls. Goodluck as y'all await ur next calls.

During d NNPC interview, 4 fins're looked out for: 1. Communication skills= describing d way u speak n ur dress sence; 2. Brilliance= entailing ur smartness ie how fast u r wif ur responses and how reasonable ur reactions are; 3. Composure= u dont have to nervous for any reason. Nervousness of course'll pull ur score down. 4. Leadership skills= ur ability to carry out functions with minimal supervision. NNPC's a regulatory body n as such needs 'Leaders'. Here dose dat'v led in past projects, princes, former headboys n SUG presidents etc have an edge. Leaders'r known for their hardwork towards gettn fins done cos dey always feel dey'l be held liable if fins'r not in their proper places.
