Lol calm down guys. Information gathered, infers that the list compilation are being done on a per state basis and so while some states are ready some are not. Scholars in the states that are ready should expect their SMS soon. Others will just have to wait. Good luck everyone.

Just called the GM i met at nddc yesterday. One person have come today for collection. No he dint ask which state and wether msc or phd. but i told him to ask any other person that comes either today or tomorrow.
I guess only few msgs has been sent else that place shld be buzzing with pple. Am leaving PH today, but will be in phone contact with the GM for updates....
