Manenuff please accept my condolence cos you played a game without knowing its rules. From the on set NDDC said they were using a modality proof method of selection and trust me 60% 40% is one, in which people who scored low in Aptitude test can catch up during interview and those who scored high in aptitude test can gain an early advantage in the overall scope of things.
