Meanwhile advise gave a clue to solving d problem. Afta changing my mail address it still displayed 'syntax error'. On those their codec jargons very well, I found out dt d name I used to save one of d attached documents dt had an hyphen was d cause . Afta I removes it it submitted successfully.

My dear I use my head so much on daily basis and that comes at an incredible cost of forgetting little things and remembering complex things. lol.
