@kessy2011, make sure ur files are in .pdf format nd not more than 3Mb in size. Convert ur CV from .doc (i.e microsoft word) to .pdf using ms doc to pdf converter, and also ur scanned certificates from .jpg or .jpeg as d case may be to .pdf using a suitable jpeg to pdf converter application.
