Workforce normally handles the entire recruitment process right from application to the test taking etc, I recently participated in one of their tests.
Workforce handled the NB Plc test that was written today!
Just thank God that you now have idea of the kind of questions they set for NB Plc.

@godspeed, it is shift manager packaging. The test was organised by workforce @ ETC center Ikeja. I got the info from a reliable source. It is reasonable to think they will still contract workforce to conduct the test that is slated for 10th of June.
