POSITION: National After Sales Service Manager (Cold Drink Equipment) RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the distribution of the company's cold drink equipments to customers. • Leads Country Cold Drink Equipment management operational planning process • Provide customers with appropriate cold drink equipment (coolers, vending, fountains) in accordance with agreed SLAs • Liaise with customers on an ongoing basis in regard to inquiries and complains • Initiate & technically clarify received complains and inquiry • Manage CDE life-cycle (movement, installation, service & maintenance, refurbishment, disposal • Ensures operational excellence with highest quality of service at lowest appropriate cost • Build and maintain client relationships • Ensure Company’s success through accountability secures that superior customer service will provide a strong competitive advantage for now and for the future QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT • Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (university) • 10 and Above years experience • Experience in selling cold drinks equipment and the related after sale service – preferably in the industry. • Solution orientated & result driven • Excellent interpersonal skills • Extensive traveling essential • Computer literacy Interested and qualified candidates should apply by sending their cvs to [email protected] with the job title as subject not later than one week from the date of this advert.
