MOBIL 2011 RECRUITMENT! Help!

Hello House,
Pls i need ur help. I made an unsolicited application 4 any geoscientist position on mobil website on jan 7 dis year, and d job status reads 'Application received'. However wen i tried to apply for d trainee geologist position currently advertised on march 3, i got this message, 'you have exceeded the maximum limit'.

Pls what does this mean?
Does it mean that i cannot apply for the position advertised now becos they already have my c.v. In their database, hence im disqualified from applying OR that I have automatically applied for d current trainee geologist position as my details are already on their database?
Do i need to complain to or contact them?

Please house, Sammie, your urgent response or advice is needed.

i've got the same problem, and i'm still yet to know the solution...

Simple, reapply using anoder email address, Quite easily done(QED).
I did a simillar thing with shell and it worked.

Abeg ....sharpen up..Use another email address..Just a fresh profile you need brother....

@Lekanasipa, adexy007. when u did it b4 wit shell or other companies did u get invited for dier apptitude test? Will my c.v. and contact details not be detected to be the same thing even though under different profiles?

U've gotten the best advice- get a new e-mail address and proceed. No system will discover that. Your email add is the only key to ur profile, not ur name or any other detail. Go and succeed !

to the best of my knowledge, i feel your details has been received and you will be contacted alongside those that are applying new.i just created an account for mobil today and i also registered for the same job today..Wen i tried to apply for the job, it stated that i have exceed my limit without any previous application. I think it is a system error. When i checked the status of the job, it was received.So u dont av any course to worry. To can go ahead and register with a new mail address.That will enhance ur likelihood to be shortlisted. They could find out and disqualify you>>It is called multiple application...cheers!!

Which system will findout? Look man I have been into info-tech for a very long time. Since you are using another email id...Nothing would happen..Trust me... I did it with total and I was called for a test.....So do it ...

Hello folks,is just by applying did any one of those guys that applied using different e-mails get the invite for the SITP test last year,yes or no.
