Mechanical engineer required for a property development company - lekki

The Mechanical Engineer’s duties include coordinating all M&E works, conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure that engineering works are in compliance with project schedules, checking and solving drawing discrepancies andinstallation problems with consultants, services providers and contractors. It will include monitoring M&E work progress, handling material control and implementing quality/completion checklist. This role will also organize site meetings with contractors and consultants and liaise with them and project team on any design variations.

Sound degree-level training and 4 - 5 years of solid relevant post-graduation M&E experience in a building/real estate development environment especially with multi-storey buildings required. Must be knowledgeable of AutoCad and other key engineering softwares.
