Responsibilities

1. To establish effective and strong network of channel of sales in both local and international market
2. To promote and raise the brand awareness/popularity of products.
3. Implementing effective strategies to acquire biggest market share in the categories that products are competing
4. Setting up periodic sales quotas and performance milestones for various sales and marketing activities to drive the company’s revenue and growth up
5. Identify new business opportunities and threats to the company.

2. Effective communication skills
3. Proven ability to identify needed changes and then to drive those changes through an organization overcoming obstacles and resistance while building a consensus.
4. Proven ability to discover and break into new markets while maintaining existing ones

6. Knowledge in business application systems, distributed, mulch-tier/web service/web based/internet applications will be an added advantage.
