Sales Representatives Executive Marketers Customer Liaising Officer/Receptionists Responsibilities: • Orders and Sales • Responsible for sales of all products under product and communicating to the Divisional Head. • Monitor and report back products stock levels at customer premises as well as competitor’s stock levels. • Collect customer orders and coordinate with Sales Coordinator for the dispatch of the goods to the customer. • Keep track of customers to ensure timely collections, placement of sales orders, monitor their performance, monitor monthly movement product wise. • Ensure customer credit balances are monitored on a periodical basis. Regularly review and ensure customer credits are within their pre-agreed credit limits with Divisional Head. • Identify slow-moving items and dead stock and replace it by new items at customers shop/shelves.
