Responsibilities:
Ensure appropriate dissemination of learning & development policies, procedures and guidance documentation.
Plan work before work commences and manage hazards effectively.
Conduct reviews on the lifting operations manual, ensuring legislative compliance.
Contribute to the review and development of Company documentation as required.
Mentor, coach and develop trainees.
Conduct crane certification competence assessments.
Internally verify the assessment process.
Develop yearly goals and activity plan in alignment with company mission.
Actively participate in all relevant meetings and contribute with relevant points.
Complete and submit reports and records in accordance to procedures and instructions.
Conduct audits and periodic reviews of company lift plans.
Contribute to the company's continuous improvement plan.
Assist with audits and follow up on audits to bring outstanding audit points to completion.
Manage the testing and regulatory inspection programmes of lifting equipment and lifting gear in conjunction with external inspectors.
Manage the inspection and change-out of wire ropes.

Qualification/Experience:
Well planning & Engineering.
Remote Rig operations management.
Wellsite supervision.
Graduate degree in Engineering/HND.
