Latest on Federal Civil Service Commission

Please house can someone tell me the address where the federal civil service commission form is collected in Portharcourt and how to get to the place. Am in Lagos and I want to send my sister who is there in PH to help me collect the form. Please help me.

its along Lagos road PH..Near former house of assembly building...tell her to take a bus going to garrison, although it depends wr she is coming from..then from garrison take a bus goin to a place in PH called Lagos, she should stop at Post office and ask for former house of assembly building...its around there...cheers!!!!

Is all about what? Is it only in port harcourt? Pls reply
