Hello House,
I wrote the LAFARGE test today Chams. Thanks to the house I'm really confident about my performance and have created this thread for hopefuls to be aware of what to expect next.
So any body with information about their recruitment procedure should please share with the house.
Also information about what their career prospects are like (e.g pay, training of new recruits e.t.c) will be very welcome as well.
next on the row is " the result"......then other follows.

I got an sms from dragnet. I passed the test. My scores at the three sessions were sent to me and also the cut-off mark. House, what is Lafarge interview like?
Got the text too, hopefully some guys with some experience with them will come and throw more light for us.
For those that are curious the cut off is 40% ... By the grace of God I scored 79
I gv God all d glory 4 waking me up early dis morning (12:30 am) wit a sucexful sms. Though, I've bn expecting it sha bcos I trust my God. Men, dis pple realy surprised bcos dis test is almost d 7th 1 I'd written wit dragnet since last yr & dis 1 happen 2 b d only 1 dat send d result of d test to its candidate just in less dan 1 week. Dat's transparency. I hope Chevron & co will learn frm dem. Congrats 2 all sucexful applicants. Lets prepare & pray 2 God 4 d next stage. C u dere.
I don't get it!! is that people did not get this text or the company is not good enough or what.
Please anybody with info on what this company is like should throw more light!!

The truth of the matter is that if given the time any body can score above 90% in the test but they use the short timing to destabilize people. pls share with us d likely questions we should b expecting,we the questions are not difficult,but we still insist dat we need more tips 4 likely questions.i applied 4 plant/production supervisor
You should be good with your charts for the numericals, it's all about charts (pie, graphs etc). For the comprehension just read thru very fast and note the key points. For the spatial you just have to be good with identifying patterns.

I wrote that Lafarge test last week saturday <6 days ago> at Chams Ikeja. Afta two days i got a text 4rm dragnet that i was successful. Later that day i got a call 4rm a lady at Larfarge askin me a question. I'm guessin those of us who made it should start preparing 4 d interview! And i wish al those writin the next Lafarge test this comin saturday <19th March> al the best. Just be composed and confident.

@all any body with info about their interview format should please share with the house. Going by what @Ekpere said it seems Lafarge is more in a hurry than we are to end this process.
My brother. It's nothin 2 worry about. Sori 4 the 'suspense'. She called me, tryin 2 verify the position i applied 4. She told me she couldnt see the post i applied 4. I called her later and she simply slotted the position. Nothin 2 worry about as i dont see u havin issues like that. It is well.

@ekpere can you pls tell us what u scored in the test cos all things being equal, since u were called for some clearification, it implies that u are being shortlisted for the interview stage, pls i will like to use ur score as a benchmark to be shortlisted for the interview, as for me, i scored 43% but still very curious...tanx for ur favourable respond....lolQuote:

Hey y'all, Lafarge has already commenced interviews for succesful applicants. Those for the post of Financial Accountants were interviewed this past Thursday.

I've received nothing yet. From the way @Eeyore put, only accountants were interviewed in his batch.
