What position did you apply for??

i applied for junior engineers and training engineer,but cant really tell which i was tested on.

i dont no hw lafarge conduct their interviews. I wrote mine test on 16 july, scored 42% and was sent a sucess msg bt no interview iv yet. I applied 4 crusher operator. A guy dt we did our test on same day has been called 4 interview last 2wks though he applied for different position. House, has he nt kom to my turn or wot? Any info is welcomed

What's happening here, pls

For those that have been confirmed successful in the written test, just be relaxed as u'll all be called for interview.
For the first set that wrote the test in March, many had their interview in June/July. And till now some are yet to do medicals though they have been confirmed successful in their interview.
Just be relaxed and prayerful. But for those that have even been offered employment, what activities are they doing now cos the Lakatabu Plant construction work is still on-going. Operations may not start till next year.

Nice talk but is it everybody that attended the interview that is called for medicals or are ppl droped and those that succeed called for medicals?

pls differentiate btw a TEST and an INTERVIEW. i am confused how u can no ur score from an interview immediately. companies hold series of tests in stages and series of interviews in stages b4 finally making an offer to those successful. so u can ve1st, 2nd, 3rd...... stages of test as well as interview
