The response to our Graduate Development Programme advertisement has been overwhelming with over 8000 applications received. Needless to say this has made our review and short listing process extremely difficult.

We have now completed our short listing process and regret to advise that your application has not been successful on this occasion. With your permission, we will retain your details on file so we can contact you if any suitable vacancies arise in the future. If you selected your preferences when registering your details with KCA DEUTAG, we will automatically notify you of any future vacancies which may be of interest to you.

Please note that, due to the volume of applications received, we will not be able to provide feedback on your application.

I just want to urge everyone to forge ahead & keep trying. I received the same message but never felt dejected. If God wants me there, he'll get me shortlisted. The best is around the corner.

I haven't received any mail from them yet. Praying for the best.

Its a pity for those who recieved the mail.......live goes on.....more opening keep coming up.For those of us who have not recieved any mails.....i can feel it within my bones that it is for good.....lets keep our fingers crossed in the next few days and lets kip the hope alive!! ;D

Also got the stupid mail. U can be sure that they sent that mail to the so called 8000 applicants and then invited outsiders (those who didnt even apply at all) to start work at once even without aptitude tests or interviews. . .Nigeria stinks!

I also applied bt I pray dt I receive a +ve response frm dm. It shal continu2b wel wit our souls.

I applied but I have not receive such mail yet. well it is better not to be called at the early stage of the selection than to attend aptitude test, interview and be turned down at the end. those that receive such mail should not give up, they only save your time and resources for a better placement.

I have not received any mail from them. No matter what, God is still on the throne. Better things are always Ahead.

Guys, I got that mail too, but i dont think its a stupid mail, it goes to show that i wasnt qualified for the position. Life goes on, who knows perhaps for me, what lies ahead is way bigger than what Deutag can handle.

I also got the same mail. I guess they require some "special" additional skills/qualifications.

??? i was discouraged wen i read the mail,dat i had 2 delete it fast cos i tot i was d only 1 dat didnt make it, any way d lord is our strenght, keep striving. to be candid, i luv dis house so much bcos we share each odas burden. cheerz house!!!!

Life goes on. For a couple of posting i got negative reply and i wondered that i only got negatives. now i didnt get any but i'm still wondering.

I can almost bet no one was shortlisted from around here!

I didnt even apply the normal route, i sent my docs to them via their recruitment mail and i got the same messages u all are talking about.... i jst want to know who got a different mail.... Me think these guys didnt shortlist any Nigerian..... The content of the mail sounds like it was going to be foreign Training for the GT

@Ufuomaa77 I think I recall applying for a Nigeria only program, just trying to clarify. I have received no mail from them tho.

yeah it was meant to be a Nigerian offer.... but this company is jst entering the Nigerian Market.... WHo knows, may be those that havent received this mail would be the shortlisted..... lets keep our fingers crossed......

I think they are doing on the spot assessment, i.e they access your submission and give you a response instantly.

I have not received any mail. Was there no provisions for individual login??? So that we can check status like Shell,Total...???
