Job Description Title :

EST (Electronic Systems Technician)

Main duties and responsibilities: ·

• Diagnose electronic systems, equipment and device problems ·
• Monitor systems’ performance ·
  
• Install software and hardware accessories on systems and programs ·
  
• Perform tests on equipment and programs ·
  
• Set up equipment and schedule maintenance
• Teach clients to use systems/equipment/device
• Minor repairs and parts ordering
• ·Monitor business objective for every system, propose and implement corrections, variations, additions and subtractions

1. Business Case Satisfaction for each system
2. 80% Customer Satisfaction feedback
3. End User Satisfaction Feedback
4. Positive Business/referrals generation from Job site
5. Mean Time to Repair/Recovery for maintained systems
6. Service Uptime vs. Downtime within a period

• Strong Knowledge of electronic devices and how they operate,
• Broad understanding of software and hardware, electronic systems and basic electronic systems programming

Job Qualification - Min. Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or related field - Min. 2 years Electronic systems work experience either of the following: * Electronic safety & security (Fire Detection, Burglar/Intrusion, CCTV, Access Control etc); * Telecommunications (PSTN/PBX, VoIP, Radio, Microwave, Structured Cabling, Networking) * AV (Public Address, Audio/Video Distribution, Cable/Satellite TV) - IT or Electronic Industry certification at Associate, Technician or Installer level - Good command of written and spoken English - Numerate and literate with experience of various IT packages including Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Office etc - Understand basics of (computer) Networking

– Saturday - Overtime/shifts: Sundays
