Job At General Oil and Gas asking for money SCAM OR REAL?

i Received this mail from the mentioned coy pls can anyone tell me if this is a scam or not. here is a copy of their letter.;;;

We have prepare a 2 weeks intensive training for you so that we can be sure you are competent to handle the post you've apply for. How you will apply, you are requested to pay an application fee with training fee of #2000 naira only, to enable you get the application form, to be filled. for further information on the application call 08052668605

Scam, General oil will not ask for NGN2000 for training fee. that prove to you that is a scam. ignore them.

I'm just tired of saying similar post over and over again, let me quote NHJ here "NOT ALL JOB ADVERTS ARE VALID, Be wise! do NOT send money to anyone or organisation!" I want NHJobbers to do me a favor of flashing the attached number till the scammer will find it useless to use the number again ;D ;D
