Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend to high profile customers.
• Oversee the general business activities.
• Hire, train and evaluate new employees.
• Ensure that the company or department is on track to meet its financial goal.
• Develop and implement budgets.
• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure the department complies with company policies.
• Ensures availability of resources needed to work effectively.

Qualification/Experience

• Must be passionate about Interior designs.
• Business development skills.
• Negotiation and Advisory skills.
• Must be organized.
• Ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others.
• Creativity, style and imagination.
• Understand new trends.
• Work experience 7-8 years
