Is this scholarship for only Ph based Applicants?

@calebcj.........I observed that you are a newbie. It actually surprising that you could use the word us, because this is actually your first two comments not just on this thread but on naijahotjobs. You didn't even introduce yourself and yet you accused me of not saying my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice.

@anifel20....... TOTAL scholarship is not for PH based only. Its for everybody that meet the requirements. Firstly, you have to be shortlisted for a test. After which you'll be invited for an interview session, if you pass the test. Finally you'll have to secure admission in a french school (ifp/nantes/ensg nancy/universite de paris/lyon). @calebcj, welcome. we hv longed waited for ur comment in dis wall. @adesinaajani, maybe calebcj is right abt d confidentiality of d info, watever, that even increased d tension sef, cos it showed dat nt every got d ifp. calebcj seems to want to share his order of choice but drew back cos adesinaajani who proposed dis, is yet to tell us his, so @adesina,maybe u should just yarn ur choice order so dat others can freely yarn theirs.@calebcj, welcome once again.
