Job Title:Human Resource/Admin Manager
Reports to:Managing Director
Business Objective: To Develop and implement a befittingHRM system that will create a structured working environment and encourageemployee growth and development.Todemonstrate and implement administrative and back office support infrastructureto include filing systems, document management and control.
Core Working Relationships:Managing Director, Project Managers, Workshop Manager, Project Accountant,Accounts/Finance Manager.
Accountabilities(Responsibilities)
·Provide day to day management of all HR relatedissues.
·Development and implementation of a standard HRMSystem companywide to improve on existing systems. This will cover recruitment,appraisals, training and development as well as disciplines.
·Assess skill gaps and advise management withrecommendations on how gaps can be closed.
·Take full responsibility of the human resource developmentof company’s employees.
·Responsible for the management of the company’shuman resource, recruitment, training and staff development.
·Office management and administration.
·Provide support for business development, letterwriting and correspondence between clients, suppliers and regulators.
Requirements
·A good 1st degree from a reputableinstitution. A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
·4 to 5 years experience in similar role.
·Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·Good knowledge of HR systems
·Very good knowledge of the M.S Office suite (especiallyword, excel and PowerPoint)
·Excellent writing skills.
·Ability to work with minimal supervision.
·Proactive (ability to think and take initiative)and must have problem solving skills.
·Ability to work under pressure
·Must be dedicated and responsible.
