House, I need clarification on Commoon Wealth Scholarship

Hello House, Please I need clarification on this. Concerning the application for the Common Wealth Scholarship, after submitting my application online through the Electronic Application Process and also printed out the details, Am I to submit the hard copy to my nominating body, in this case, Federal Ministry of Education , or am to wait till everyone who applied is called as was the case last year? Please, any one who can clarify me on this should do so. Thanks.
