I am EE too. It all depends on which area you want to build your career and the work you are currently doing.
In general terms, PMP is good cos it introduces you into the world of management which you did not get in
your first degree. MCSE will be a good follow up.
All in all, decide how you want to proceed. Make inquiries from people ahead of you in the area you want
to proceed. Then find relevant certifications.
