You will be exposed to:

• An Induction Programme - A one week corporate induction will be organized prior to the commencement of your first placement in September 2012

Ideally you will need:

• A degree – or about to graduate (preferably a Masters),
  
• Be advised that if you are considering applying for Supply Chain that you will need to have a science or engineering background,
  
• Up to two years of relevant work experience in your chosen function, with at least 6 months gained outside your home country,
  
• To speak at least three languages; one of which should be English and any other two (with preference for European languages),
  
• A desire to live and work abroad,
  
• To have proven leadership skills,
  
• To have an affinity with your chosen field of specialisation,
  
• To have genuine interest in other countries and cultures,
  
• To be able to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed,
  
• A driving licence.

Hello house, does it mean nobody applied for this Heineken Program. This thread is dry.
Please those that applied, what news have u heard.
I have written the online test so far.

From their mail they promised to get back to us by 9/3/2012, to know if your application was successful or not for the next stage which is online test. So have you been invited to write the online test for this or have you done this in the past? Pls be clear

I was sent a link to write an online test on the 27th of Feb and was told that it had to be done within 72 hours. I did mine two days later.

I see...I guess you fully meet their requirement (Msc etc). Anyway what was the test like, can you share with us? I am still expecting from them. Cheers

Like @MULK said,I got the same '9th of march' mail. Maybe its based on when one applied (they probably deal with the applications within a span of say 2weeks 4rm when u apply) or maybe its the meeting the numerous criteria but I believe its more of the 1st.

It was purely SHL logical reasoning. i think 24 questions or so in 25 mins. Nothing else apart from that, no quantitative and no verbal.
Meanwhile, i dont have a Masters degree.

I applied on 24th got d mail for d online test on d 27th(was surprise sha)...just logical reasoning..bt i havent heard from them since dem.They sed they'l get back to me as soon as possible to know my fate...bla bla bla...stil waiting ..i have no masters, i speak only English...

I applied on the 27th & w8n on the 9th of march ish.

I have a UK masters degree in IT Management, a BSc in Elect./Elect, have 6 months work experience abroad and guess what...i wasn't called.

So guys, dont feel too bad, there are and would always be other opportunities.

I dont think you should just conclude like that cos I believe you stand the chance to be invited. So relax and don't cast off your gaze of trust on God ok cos He aint given-up on you like that.

I'm a nigerian graduate, no m.sc, i applied on d 21st and was invited 4 test on 27th. Is jst d grace of God, notin is late b4 God. Jst believe him

Pls ond form we filled ,was dere place we had to tick whether we had drives license...cos i cnt remember seeing that question o...pls help me out here...i cant drive o..dont even own a tyre yet...so i can arrange myself incase i mistakenly ticked yes

in d form i filled there was nothing like that o..i remember
i even crosschecked it well n i didnt c...am askin cos my friend sed in d one she was to fill, she saw it in hers...another friend sed after he applied, heineken sent him a "love letter" sayin he has no experience abroad and masters and all and since he didnt meet the requirement,dey had to drop him n bla bla bla..i confuse o.....were the forms different?

I think the drivers license question was there in the form I filled.
Na wa o, how can the form for the same programme be so different.

I read statistics and hv d logical reasoninp test snice last week. I believe is jstd the grace of God that i was invited

Still expecting to hear from Heneiken. Don't loose hope, just keep on BELIEVING.

A good way to analyze this is to start by asking what roles we applied to and whether or not we saw the driver's license question... I applied to Supply Chain and I had to driver's license question.

Its also possible that some roles explicitly require the 'requirements' they asked for. Cos I don't hv a masters,neither have I worked for up to 6months abroad but I got the mail to wait till the 9th.

For those who have written the test, can you just confirm the discipline/unit you applied for cos I observed that those of us who applied for supply chain had not gotten any invitation yet. Anyway tomorrow is the 9th we are all waiting for and I believe something good will happen 2mr. Just check your mail and be hopeful!
