@Neymer, you could be right, though I think they re still contemplating on what to do with us. My theory is that we did well enough to be considered, better than those that got the sorry mails, but not as good as those called for the interview...

You may be right for the PH recruitment (50/50) but this is Lagos and they will get back. Has anybody in PH gotten an offer? Oil company recruitments are not straightforward anymore. Even someone that has done medicals is still being bounced. It is wellQuote:

In the interview, you might be asked to make a
presentation; thus you might be needing
PowerPoint presentation skills. Remember,
Halliburton is interested in you and there are
other SPECIAL people. You'll need to SELL
yourself to Halliburton, make your presentation
in bullet points, simple and sharp.
Engineering requires team work; thus learn to
work well with others, present your ideas on
time. Do not blame your team mates even if the
objective is not achieved 100%; instead think of
how you can put your team in a good position.
Finally, try to know the basics of your degree
subject. Ex, for EEE candidate try to know
basics of resistor combination parallel or series,
etc.

Best wishes to the folks interviewing today. No one indicated that their interviews are on either Wednesday or Thursday though. My thought is they likely moved the interview for particular disciplines to June, if not everyone else might actually wait for the june folks to finish the process before a general resumption.
