Request for a new one again,
copy and enter the user name in the mail sent to you and the password, then click on continue
it will request for your password which is the one sent 2 you and you re-enter it then enter a new password
which should be different from the once you have used before. Make sure it starts with a Capital latter the confirm it.

@cyrax2012, this questionaire was sent yterday for response, although there was one we answer while applying.this new questionaire sent yterday to mails (not sms) has just six questions and the deadline given to submit it is 3rd, march 2013. @all,if anyone has not receive d msg dnt wori too much as it is nt the invite but needed additional info from candidates.@lockhead,it is email and not sms, so check ur mail to confirm and i advice u use system (not phone) u knw as halliburton site dey be. and those that receive the msg is irrespective of their location. i live in warri. @all,best wishes.
