I was gonna say that do we have people outside of ph that have gotten IV for the test...but "ogeche" has just confirmed that. Please if there's anybody who has info if there test is in batches or location (e.g ph, lagos, warri), lets know cos I read from 2010 thread that some pple wrote in other parts of the country apart from ph. Best of favor to those writing 2mr!
Two positions were advertised; TCP and logging & perforation, can does who have been called please indicate which position they applied for, cheers.
There is no other batches after tomorrow.
This is a mechanical job and I am sure that most of the guys invited are mech. And few elect guys.
For the test; basic maths, verbal, logical reasoning; analytical reasoning, and engineering questions on pressure, fluid flow( pipes)etc. Nt sure of this last part but expect it

@Jekyll,the status that says DRAFT means u have not applied for the Job but u started the application.then d other one that says in process means u have submitted d application for that job and they r sort of processing it.
@Ezemaku: wrong. I got quite a few pals (Chemical Engineers) that were invited. So don't conclude... Best of lucks all.

Does anyone know whether halliburton recruits all through the year? I mean if you send your cv whether they advertise or not, u'll get scheduled for a test at a later date. Does anyone know anything this?
Called so fast?!!! It wasn't a CBT but paper based test so I doubt your claims... The test was concluded around 12noon & you want me to believe that as at 3pm they're through with marking & selection? No way... I don't believe you... Convince me pls...
I pray they call my guys too o... I think I like the halliburton style of recruitment... Not like chevron & others that keeps the heat on for long.

@catchwind,stay there and b luking for conviction. if 8 or 10 invigilators mark d test,each will be marking less than 25 papers and its not like the test is essay,simply objectives,and with that the test can be marked in less than 1hour amongst themselves.
All applicants who wrote they test were asked to expect a mail by close of work on friday.By 3:45pm same day,the successful candidates were contacted by mail,sms and email and asked to come for the 2nd stage on tuesday.Its not a scam.I think recruitment companies like Shell and Mobil should borrow a leaf from HES.

Ok guys, i got d iv for d interview too. Dy called, sent an sms and a mail too. SMS said we shuld make a 5mins powerpoint presentation of ourselves while coming. I guess dats a cv in Powerpoint format. D mail didnt say anytin much bt dey said we shuld bring writing materials, calculator and id card at d end of d mail. Nw, my confusion is weda its both a written and oral interview. Anybody wit ideas on how d past 1ns have been shuld help. Tnx

Cos I feel that everybody cannot write in ph, at least maybe some should be zoned to write in lag cos there was something like that from the thread of those that wrote in 2010.
